The place was great. It had many nice features that made it feel more like home than any other Airbnb I have been to, including anything you could possible need in the kitchen. This house was absolutely stunning! The chic décor and thoughtful design made every room feel stylish yet welcoming. Everything was incredibly well-organized, with every little detail carefully considered to make our stay effortless and enjoyable. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that’s both beautiful and functional. We especially appreciated the privacy of the property – it felt like our own little oasis. The beautiful pool and outdoor BBQ area were highlights of our trip! We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the sun, and grilling delicious meals in the evenings. Fell in love with this space. We have 3 children under 4 years old and was worried on how we’d keep them entertained in the desert while keeping them safe and while making it feel like a vacation for the grown-ups. Being able to open the doors fully, alongside the pool for entertainment and the open concept was the perfect combo allowing us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. The attention to detail was blissful and added to the perfect getaway-feel. The vastness of the property gave us piece-of-mind to be able to take our little humans on a “hike” around the grounds while enjoying the picnic tables, hammocks, and wildlife on the property. We had a fabulous and restful retreat at Casa Del Rio. We stayed 3 nights and never left the property! The place is spotless, well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool and spa are in the midst of a beautiful landscape surrounded by lush desert trees with tiny yellow flowers. There are so many flowers that we found ourselves surrounded by hummingbirds. There is also a bird call I kept hearing on repeat that sounds almost like a raspy rain stick- very mesmerizing. So many birds, such great music, frequent rainbows. Casa Del Rio feels like a magical hideaway and we can't wait to return.

We just got back from spring break and loved our stay here. My husband & I brought our two kids (5 and 7) from Ohio, and this is one of our favorite Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! What made it stand out was all the little details — SPF 50, spices, coffee, laundry detergent, zip-lock bags... it was like someone already thought of everything. We just had to buy groceries. Flying in from out of state, that kind of thoughtfulness takes so much stress off and makes you feel at home. Warren was wonderful — genuinely kind, and it felt like he cared about our experience, not just the booking. The property is so private and spacious with beautiful views. The kids looked for lizards and rabbits in the yard, we hiked Joshua Tree every morning, swam in the pool during the day and ended every night in the hot tub watching the stars. We're a family that loves to explore new places, but after a tough year, this one gave us something we really needed — real peace. We're already hoping to come back. 🙏

One of the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. The home is beautiful and has everything you could possibly ask for. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and every detail feels thoughtful. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the setting on a private 20-acre property feels peaceful and secluded while still being conveniently located. In addition the host was so kind and helpful.

My most favorite Airbnb stay ever! This place is gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything (sunblock, q-tips, pool towels, bath robes, well equipped kitchen, endless coffee brewing options, kid safe and friendly, etc..) Super clean upon arrival, everything worked perfectly and the privacy of this property was a true delight! Beautiful sunsets and star gazing. Such a nice and modern, but cozy place. I’ve stayed at a number of airbnbs in Joshua tree and nothing compares to this one! Warren has thought of every detail to ensure guests have a comfortable, relaxing stay. The beds and couches are super comfortable, all making for a restful sleep. The pool and hot tub are both so beautiful, easy to use, and super clean. They have a fabulous coffee station and everything you need in a kitchen to cook at home. My favorite part is how private the property is and how much space there is to walk around and explore. Another huge bonus is how close the property is to the park entrance! I can’t wait until I’m ready to plan another visit :)

We absolutely loved our stay for my birthday weekend! It was exactly what I needed! This property is new, the pool/hot tub was divine, all the furnishings etc are very tasteful and we appreciated even the little details like robes and umbrellas outside to give some shade. The size of the lot gave a lot of privacy and was fun to explore, it’s not far from coffee and food etc but also it feels isolated from neighbors and road noise etc!👌🏼 The hosts were wonderful and quick to communicate with and we loved their recommendations! HIGHLY recommend this Oasis for your getaway! We can’t wait to come back! Thank y’all for having us! 🤗

This was easily one of the best getaways I’ve had in years. We stayed for my sister’s birthday and the experience was unforgettable. The property is huge and you really feel like you have your own private piece of the desert. It's peaceful, quiet, and beautifully remote, yet still close to the park and town. The house was spotless and so thoughtfully designed. Every corner felt welcoming and calm, like a true home away from home. We spent time stargazing, exploring, and just enjoying each other’s company in a space that felt really special. I can’t explain it, but the energy here is something else. If you’re even thinking about booking this place, do it. It’s the perfect escape to recharge, reconnect, and just breathe. 10/10!!

What a beautiful place! This was the best Airbnb experience we have had so far. I couldn't think of anything that was missing; it was exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable, like staying in a 5-star hotel. The 20-acre property offers ample privacy, featuring beautiful plants and cacti. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the outdoor shower is not to be missed. I'm a big fan of coffee, and Warren had plenty of options to make great coffee. It's only a 5-minute drive to the town of Joshua Tree. The house was the perfect size for a family of 4 (kids 11 and 14). Every detail was thought through, even down to the house manual, never seen a better one! Thank you, Warren and Taryn, for sharing your place with us. It shows how much love you guys put into it.

I cannot say enough good things about Warren and his house. We booked originally because of easy access to the National Park — and that is certainly part of the attraction. But the house is so great that we found it hard to leave the grounds. The house is modern with great light everywhere. The furniture is both comfortable and attractive. There are well-appointed indoor and outdoor kitchens. The private heated pool and spa are exceptional. The house sits on twenty acres of beautiful desert-scape. Various outdoor spaces are wonderful. Stargazing is breathtaking. The positive experience goes beyond the qualities of the house. Warren, the host, is super responsive and helpful. He answers queries quickly and is always ready to help. He has prepared materials about the area that helped make our stay a success. He is also proactive — he reached out before the stay in ways that went beyond what one would expect. Overall, this was a wonderful experience.

First class every step of the way! Warren went above and beyond, anticipating every need and every amenity one could possibly think of. Felt like staying at a 5-Star hotel. The bathrooms…cotton balls, Q-Tips, facial toner, floss picks, feminine products…bedrooms all have gorgeous views. No need to bring chargers or cords for your smartphones…each bedroom has a foldable charger for your phone, watch and ear buds. We always travel with fans for the white noise…each bedroom has top quality fans. The dinnerware wasn’t from IKEA, like so many AirbnBs…rather they provided top quality Pottery Barn. It makes a difference. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The 20 acres are pristine, with gorgeous landscaping. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The outdoor BBQ area was high class. This place was peaceful and serene and Warren made sure whatever we needed was already there. Would most definitely stay again. By far the nicest AirBnB we’ve ever stayed at!!
